Shot-stopper
Alphonse Areola (West Ham): West Ham could have been six behind at Bournemouth but for him. Crucial performance, delivered and displayed some quality. Excellent keeping to secure a 2-2 draw. A loss could have dismantled their entire term.
Backline
Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's up there for player of the season. Many discuss Arsenal's squad. He is the top performer without doubt.
Murillo (Nottingham Forest): You'd have been a mad supporter to say 'He scores and we overcome Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. You could have gotten massive odds on that. He performed brilliantly. He is emerging as a dominant figure. He proves to be a challenge. Delighted to watch him perform as he did previously.
Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I saw him multiple matches last year in Italy for AC Milan and he had difficulties because he was making mistakes. But at Newcastle he's impressed greatly. He has shown really strong and forceful and looks elegant. It seems he's found a spiritual home.
Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not naturally a defender, leaning towards a contemporary style offensively. He has proven to be a wonderful signing for Brighton. It's no shock at them discovering another star unexpectedly? It seemed when they got rid of Pervis Estupinan that was strange but Brighton know more than us.
Midfielders
Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Alike in style and they are selected for the identical cause. Their teams won, many mention those who netted, but absent these individuals the squads falter. They excel. They halt attacks, they support going forward.
Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The current star. Many Arsenal fans, including my son, expressed skepticism about his ability as the man to secure victory. Three goals in the north London derby and supporters now wish to erect a monument of him. Goals, composure, he ran the show. The best player on the pitch.
Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Maybe this is point of agreement with Thomas Tuchel on - he is at a point now where it will prove quite challenging to drop Morgan Rogers. My view was he began well to the season, I believe he was a little bit entitled and believed he could have got a move to Chelsea, and probably wanted that, but he has found his footing. A brilliant brace in the Leeds match helped his club from behind. He made the impact.
Strikers
Callum Wilson (West Ham): I noted he doesn't look his typical form. He looked like he'd lost a yard. However, incredible. That's all I can say. He performed superbly. Outstanding in his movement and through his scoring.
Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A really interesting player. He excels, often more effective as a substitute, but Anthony Gordon has an injury so he is required to feature. He squandered a great opportunity against Manchester City at 0-0 with his simplest attempt. But to have the psychological strength to put himself in tough scenarios and get a brace was great.
Boss
Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He arrives and surpasses Arne Slot. A excellent strategy. Possibly it was several more for Forest and all would agree.
